Rev. Fr Alwyn Sequeira OCD took charge as Editor of ‘Uzvaad’ Udupi Diocesan fortnightly newspaper at ‘Anugraha’ Udupi Diocesan Pastoral centre Kakkunje near Ambagilu on 3rd June, 2023.
V. Rev. Fr Harold Pereira conducted the prayer service. V. Rev. Msgr. Ferdinand Gonsalves, Vicar General of Udupi Diocese and Chairman of Deepa Trust presided over the oath taking ceremony held in the ‘Anugraha’ Chapel. The outgoing editor Fr Royson Fernandes introduced Fr Alwyn Sequeira and handed over the files and key of Uzvaad office. V. Rev. Fr Harold Pereira, Director of ‘Anugraha’ Pastoral Centre; Rev. Fr Royson Fernandes, Former Editor of ‘Uzvaad’; Rev. Fr Henry Mascarenhas, Parish Priest of Pamboor and Trustee of Deepa Trust were present. Fr Royson proposed vote of thanks.
