ICYM Piusnagar Unit celebrated its Golden Jubilee at Piusnagar Church premises on 17th November 2019.
The programme began with welcome dance by children of the parish. Most Rev. Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, Bishop of Udupi Diocese; V. Rev. Fr Stany Tauro, Dean of Kundapur deanery and Parish Priest of Kundapur Parish; Rev. Fr Alphonsus D’Lima, Parish Priest of Kota Parish; Rev. Fr Cyril Menezes, Parish Priest of Koteshwar Parish; Rev. Fr Alfred Barboza, Parish Priest of Piusnagar Parish; Rev. Fr Albert Crasta, Deanery Director of ICYM, Kundapur Deanery and Parish Priest of Gangolli Parish; Mr Dion D’Souza, Diocesan ICYM President and others were on the dias.
Most Rev. Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo cut the golden jubilee cake with the dignitaries and also inaugurated the “Yuva Imperium” golden Jubilee magazine. Most Rev. Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, Mr Dion D’Souza, Rev. Fr Albert Crasta, V. Rev. Fr Stany Tauro and Rev. Fr Alfred Barboza addressed the gathering and congratulated to ICYM Piusnagar unit on this occasion.
Former and present animators and presidents were felicitated by the dignitaries.
Mr Joyson D’Souza, President of ICYM Piusnagar unit welcomed the gathering and Ms Jovita D’Souza proposed vote of thanks.
