Most Rev. Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo celebrated the Chrism Mass at Milagres Cathedral, Kallianpur on March 21, 2024.
Msgr. Ferdinand Gonsalves, Vicar General of Udupi Diocese; V. Rev. Fr Roshan D’Souza, Chancellor of Udupi Diocese; V. Rev. Fr Valerian Mendonca, Rector of Milagres Cathedral; V. Rev. Fr Stany Tauro, Dean of Kundapur Deanery; V. Rev. Fr Paul Rego, Dean of Karkal Deanery; V. Rev. Fr Leslie D’Souza, Dean of Shirva Deanery; V. Rev. Fr Charles Menezes, Dean of Udupi Deanery; Diocesan and Religious Priests, and a large number of lay faithful were present.
The Bishop preached on the greatness of the priestly vocation. During the Mass, the holy oils of Baptism, the Sick, and Chrism were blessed.
