Most Rev. Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo celebrated Monthi Feast Mass at St Antony Church, Kuntalnagar on 8 September 2021.
In the morning at 8.45 am he blessed the new corn near the grotto in the church campus. Later, a procession was taken to the church during which flowers were offered to Mother Mary. Holy Eucharist was celebrated in the church. During the mass Bishop preached on the life of Mother Mary, family and the value of womanhood (mother, sister, wife, daughter). Rev. Fr Wilson D'Souza, Parish Priest of St Antony church, Kuntalnagar and Rev. Fr Royson Joel Fernandes, Editor, Uzwaad fortnightly, Udupi Diocesan new paper, was present during the Solemn Eucharistic Celebration.
After the mass, the bishop wished all the parishioners and those in abroad and those who were not able to come for mass due to sickness.
