Udupi Diocesan Laity Commission organized a 'Lumen Gentium' Day training program for Udupi Diocesan laity representatives from all parishes at the Udupi Diocesan Pastoral Centre 'Anugraha' on March 17th, 2024.
Rev. Fr Rajesh Rosario, professor of St Joseph Seminary, explained the document of 'Lumen Gentium'. After explaining the document, seven questions were given for group discussion. Following the group discussion, group leaders presented the answers. A question-and-answer session was held.
Msgr. Ferdinand Gonsalves welcomed the gathering, and Mr Louis Almeida proposed the vote of thanks. Dr Gerald Pinto initiated the resolutions. Most Rev. Dr Gerald Lobo, Bishop of Udupi Diocese, presided over the entire seminar. Around 100 people participated.
