Under the guidance of Bishop Gerald Isaac Lobo, Fr Steevan D’Souza, Director of Biblical and Catechetical and Liturgy centre, Divya Jyothi of Udupi Diocese organized the honoring function for the catholic students of 10th standard of Udupi Diocese who scored highest marks in Catechism in the year 2014-15.
33 children along with their parents and catechism teachers were honored and congratulated along with their parents for their outstanding performance. The Resource person for the evening was Fr Chetan Lobo who spoke on the subject ‘Consecrated Family Life’. Fr Fred Mascarenhas, the Dean of Udupi Deanery was the Chief Guest. Fr. Steevan proposed welcomed and Mrs. Shaila Fernandes compered the program.
