Aesthetically constructed new Chapel at Milagres Home, Kallianpur was blessed by Most Rev. Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, Bishop of Udupi Diocese on Friday, 1st July, 2022.
Most Rev. Gerald Isaac Lobo celebrated the holy Eucharist along with Rev. Fr Valerian Mendonca, Dean of Kallianpur Deanery and Rector of the Cathedral; Rev. Fr Reginald Pinto, Guardian of Milagres Home; Rev. Fr Harold Pereira, Diocesan coordinator of 20 commissions; Rev. Fr Cyril Lobo, Director, Divya Jyothi; Rev. Fr Xavier Pinto, resident at Milagres Home; Rev. Fr Vincent Crasta, Secretary, CESU; Rev. Fr Arthur Pereira, resident at Milagres Home. During the mass new Chapel, Crucifix, Altor and Tabernacle were blessed. Rev. Fr Cyril Lobo organized the liturgical ceremony.
