The sixth meeting of the Udupi diocesan Pastoral Council was held on 19th October 2018 at Bishop’s House.
V. Rev. Fr Valerian Mendonca was the moderator. Pastoral Council members of Kallianpur deanery led the gathering into prayer. Mr Alphonse D’Costa read the report of the last meeting and introduced Dr Norbert Lobo, the resource person.
Dr. Norbert Lobo, Professor from Aloysius College made power point presentation on the topic `What is the situation our community and the actions to be taken to strengthen our community.’ After the talk, question hour was held. Rev. Fr Francis Cornelio announced the conclusion of the journey of Jericho Cross on November 13th, 2018. Most Rev. Dr Gerald Lobo, Bishop of Udupi announced the Eucharistic Position on Christ King Feast from Mount Rosary Church, Kallianpur to Milagres Cathedral, Kallianpur.
