The first meeting of the newly appointed parish Conveners of the Commission for Health took place on 29th March,2017. The meeting started with prayer service led by the Director of the Commission for Heath, Rev.Fr. Denis D’sa. He also welcomed the Bishop of Udupi, Most Rev. Gerald Lobo and the Conveners from the parishes.
Fr. Denis D’sa made a power point presentation on the Pastoral Plan Mission 2025 and the achievements for the last two years. He also screened a Konkani documentary on the history and future plans of the Udupi Diocese. The Bishop explained on how the Conveners can work in their respective parishes to promote good health. Fr. Denis D’sa thanked all for their active participation. About 30 persons were present.
